What kind of jobs do you help people find?
We match each client to a job that they are qualified for and have interest in. Placements are integrated in the community meaning we do not place clients in sheltered workshops or in jobs that are below minimum wage.
How often do you meet with clients?
When job searching we meet at least once per week. When clients are placed in a job we are with them as much as needed to help them become independent. As they become more independent, we fade out.
How long does it take to get a job?
We strive to place each person in a job within 60 days of starting job development activities. Each situation varies and depends on the type of job and client participation.
