Job Coach - Are you looking for a rewarding job where you make a difference in the lives of other people? Do you want variety in your work? Do you love to help others? Do you want to work for a small, local company that values employees? Job coaching provides schedule flexibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact in your community. We are looking for people who want to work for at least a year due to the training involved in this position.

Job Description - Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities who are working to help them become independent. Help with life skills and job skills. Work directly with employers in the community, advocating for clients, assist with orientation at the job site, provide training support and follow-up to help them maintain the job. Training will be provided.

Job Requirements - Self-motivated, positive attitude, problem solving, good computer skills, communication skills, patience, time management, drivers license, and ability to pass a background check. Able to work in various locations within Weber & Davis counties. Experience or knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Work Schedule - part-time flexible days/hours with the option to go full-time in the future.


Employment Specialist - Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities who are working or searching for employment. Assist with building resumes, submitting applications and following up, interviews, working directly with employers in the community, advocating for clients, assist with orientation at the job site, provide training support and follow-up to help them maintain the job. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties - Looking for someone who is responsible, motivated, has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, and enjoys helping people. Basic computer skills and typing reports are required but can be worked around your schedule. Days and hours are flexible. Pay DOE.

Qualifications and Skills - 

Desire to work with individuals with disabilities

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills

Must pass background check

Have a reliable vehicle and drivers license
